Bernie is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has an MBS in Human Resource Management from the University of Limerick and a BA in Human Resource Management from Cork Institute of Technology along with a Diploma in Executive and Life Coaching from DSG. In her 20 year career, Bernie has worked as a HR representative for Construction to Manufacturing companies. As a HR Consultant, she has worked with smaller companies from software to landscaping.
